Bold solutions require bold partnerships. Such is the award-winning partnership of the Energy Storage Research Center (ESRC) – a collaboration between Southern Research, Alabama Power, Southern Company, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), the United States Department of Energy, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the state of Alabama. Assembled to advance technologies to help continue to meet rapidly-evolving customer needs, the ESRC’s goal is to help create energy storage solutions that will build the future of energy.
